Colonial Revival in Myers Park

This fully renovated 1938 Colonial Revival home blends classic architectural elements with contemporary design, creating timeless yet fresh living spaces throughout. Located in Myers Park neighborhood, this home was completely gutted and redesigned, with new custom built-ins, lighting, and bold design elements featuring a rich color palette to meet the homeowner’s design aesthetic. Sketches of the new Family Room built-ins kicked off the design for the home, which developed into a seamless design process, aesthetically and harmoniously, from room to room.
